Please read these terms carefully before using ScrapOne services.
ScrapOne provides doorstep scrap collection services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers within our operational areas. Customers must provide accurate pickup details and valid contact information.
Scrap rates are subject to market fluctuations and may vary depending on material quality, quantity, and prevailing market conditions at the time of pickup. Final pricing is determined after on-site inspection and weighing.
For low-quantity or specific waste categories (such as wooden scrap, mattresses, or non-recyclable materials), a minimum collection charge may apply. Customers will be informed prior to pickup confirmation.
ScrapOne ensures transparent weighing using certified weighing equipment. Customers are encouraged to verify weight measurements at the time of collection.
Payments are made instantly upon successful scrap collection via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved digital payment methods. ScrapOne is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by customers.
ScrapOne does not collect hazardous, illegal, explosive, biomedical, or restricted materials. Customers must declare special categories of waste during booking.
Customers may cancel or reschedule pickup requests prior to the scheduled time. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions.
ScrapOne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the scrap collected.
All collected scrap is processed and forwarded to authorized recycling facilities in compliance with local environmental regulations.
ScrapOne reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
